Prof. Abdur Rab Khan is a graduate from Khyber Medical College and done MRCP in 1989 whilereceived fellow-ship in 1996 & 1998.

He Joined Ayub Teaching Hospital in 1992 and with 25 years of association with the hospital, he has transformed the 26 bedded pulmonology unit into one of the busiest units of the hospital with 100 % bed occupancy and got recognized for FCPS (pulmonology)and trained many fellows. He is currentlyserving as Professor and lead of Medicine at Women Teaching Hospital and under his leadership, department catering the needs of the whole northern areas of Pakistan.He is fully involved in invasive and noninvasive procedures including al sort of Pleural Procedures, Transbronchial & Endobronchial Biopsies, and Transcutaneous Lung Procedure.

With numerous students serving worldwide, Prof. AbdurRabKhan is One of the pioneer leaders in integrating today pulmonology medicine especially in northern Pakistan.

His scientific accomplishments are many as he has presented the research work on different national as well as international forums.
