Jinnah International Hospital Abbottabad in collaboration with Pakistan National Heart Association AFIC Rawalpindi has Successfully conducted 2 days workshop on Basic Life Support Training on November 19th and 20th, 2024.
Jinnah International Hospital Abbottabad (JIHA) is committed to imparting life-saving skills to its staff. The training was well attended by the Nursing Staff, paramedics and support staff, Medical Officers, and House Officers of JIHA. The event aimed to enhance patient care and life-saving skills of its staff.
Dr. Ali from the Medicine Department and Dr. Jawad Incharge A&E department JIHA were the Team Leads. At the closing of workshop, Brig(R) Dr Muhammad Junaid Khan thanked the participants, organisers and the PANAH team and appreciated the efforts of PANAH in creating public awareness about this major public health challenge of heart diseases.
In the end JIHA crest was presented to honourable PANAH Secretary General Mr Sana Ullah Ghuman and vice president Squadron Leader Ghulam Abbas. A heart diseases prevention walk was also part of the program.
